To be successful in this role, you must have a proven ability to meet the following key performance areas:

• Sales: increase and maximize business opportunities and identify and clarify customer needs to recommend the appropriate service or product for each situation.

• Service: use acquired knowledge (skills and attitudes) to ensure customer satisfaction and provide friendly service to customers and respond to their inquiries in any situation.
