Our corporate teams working in Parsippany, NJ, U.S., and Bracknell, Berkshire, U.K., are the enabling functions for our operational teams. Below you will find some of the departments who are driven to be the best every day, for our customers and each other.
Accounting & Finance
Our Accounting and Finance teams play a key role in driving our business forward by helping us identify opportunities in economic trends, making decisions that weigh the risk against the potential profit, helping uncover financial efficiencies, and working to ensure we maximize our value to our customers. These teams create processes that provide our employees with vital information to ensure profitability, growth, and make informed business decisions.
Product Management & Design
Our Product Designers and Product Managers work to drive us forward with rigorous research to find solutions to give our customers the best experience possible. They know our customers' needs and pain points and create solutions aligned with our vision to promote business growth.
Data & Analytics
Reporting, predictive analytics, and everything in between our data and analytics teams push the envelope each day. They reinvent our current business and move us into spaces that may not yet exist. This team of innovators are constantly finding new ways to apply data and love leveraging automation to improve our customers' experiences.
Human Resources
Our Human Resources team covers a wide variety of tasks from recruiting talent, developing employees, creating organizational designs, structuring compensation and benefits programs, and handling labor relations. They interact with people from many different backgrounds and cultures and support, train, and develop team members everywhere, ensuring that we keep and grow the absolute best employee community.
Marketing
Our Marketing team works on creative advertising and analyzes insights on brand health, looking for potential market opportunities to inform business strategies and effectively communicating our brand purpose. Members of the marketing team must work cross-functionally with customer experience, employee experience, digital, communications, operations, and facilities, among many others. They are focused on understanding our customers' needs, staying up to date on trends, and bringing innovative ideas. They develop relationships to build the brand and create campaigns to drive traffic to our brands.
Legal
Our legal team works across all business units to establish and maintain our reputation and set our high standards on how we do business. They solve unique problems, drive improvement, and handle our policies.
Sales
Our sales team works closely with our customers and partners to provide great travel experiences. This creative, knowledgeable, strategic, confident, and motivated team provides employees with great experience and a real opportunity to grow. Many members of this team move on to other departments, knowing so much about the ins and outs of our business.
Fleet
Our fleet team is responsible for managing all inter-location fleet movements to minimize transport costs and maximize revenue, considering new car deliveries/diversions to minimize unnecessary fleet moves. This team oversees the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal of fleet vehicles.
