Position Title :    Senior Manager, Strategic Finance (Req# R0162068)

Job Description :

Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities to optimize operational approaches and improve processes, leveraging technology, data, and external expertise. Size the value of opportunities and the resources required to realize benefit. Prioritize based on ROI. Identify and compare potential solutions to inform recommendations based on relevant data. Develop meaningful relationships including key stakeholders, analysts, and subject matter experts. Leverage personal and professional network and latest tools to optimize approaches and implement effectively. Drive projects through implementation and initial execution in order to realize projected business outcome with measurable results. Manage transformation projects, including coordinating any relevant business process leads and resources, managing stakeholder requirements and expectations, prioritizing work effort, and leading relevant meetings and status reporting. Identify, manage, and report on project risks, issues, constraints, and dependencies to prioritize focus on matters which could impact project timelines or success. Cultivate relationships, organize discussions, and communicate approaches with a diverse population of stakeholders from multiple functions and geographies. Create and deliver program communications to all levels of the business. Occasional domestic travel required (5%) for business meetings

Job Requirements :

Requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a directly related field plus four (4) years of management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategy experience as a Strategy Analyst or in a related occupation.

Must have two (2) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

• Financial modeling and analysis of financial statements and financial data.
• Working with GAAP accounting principles and application of corporate finance principles.
• Working with data analysis software, including R to create predictive, multi-variable regression models.
• Preparing data visualizations, performing data analysis, and working with large data sets.
• Leading the implementation of multiple business operations transformation projects at a time across different areas of the company.
• Creating briefing materials, presentations, and financial analyses for senior executives using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and demonstrated expertise using software.
