We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) Technical Lead / Senior Developer to join our team based out of our EMEA HQ in Bracknell UK, or Worldwide HQ in Parsippany New Jersey. This role is remote or hybrid with onsite days as needed. As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Lead or Senior Developer you will take join our team delivering functional and technical enhancements to an established solution. Your expertise and experience will deliver accounting modernisation change into the Finance Value Stream. You will be a functional expert in accounting practices to work with product owners in solution design. You will perform the development and unit testing, interfacing with business analysts, testers and end users. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for MS NAV application development. This includes responsibility for solution design, development, testing. Level 3 support of the application, including investigating incidents raised by business and support key business processes. Interface with business users to meet user acceptance testing. Oversee release process through relevant environments into production. Required Substantial development experience with MS Dynamics NAV, including C/AL. Experience delivering integrations between NAV and other systems. Significant experience of delivering software solutions in a commercial environment. Work experience in a complex international environment interfacing to business and IT leadership. Documenting designs and technical solutions to a high quality. Excellent communication skills. Desired Experience of multi-country, Europe-wide or global NAV systems. Experience of intercompany accounting using NAV. Experience of automated testing NAV based solutions. Experience of leading a technical team. Experience in travel, logistics or transportation industry. Good understanding of development costing and budgeting. Qualifications Degree level education preferably in an analytical field such as engineering, computer science, or maths; alternatively, a relevant BA degree with strong background in Information Bracknell Royaume-Uni
