Due to a recent internal promotion, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic customer centric salesperson to join our team responsible for Corporate Accounts.

About the Position

As a Sales Superstar, you'll be responsible for building relationships with our customers, driving sales and working with our different customer segments to find solutions to their mobility requirements.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of Corporate customers where you will be a key contributor to the overall strategy. 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform their sales strategy.

  • Constantly seek out business opportunities  within the assigned portfolio.You would establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business.

  • Track your sales pipeline, managing and prioritizing leads and opportunities as part of your sales process experience.

  • Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts of sales performance and trends.

  • Work collaboratively with other teams within the company, such as marketing, CRM, customer service, IT to ensure that customer needs are met, and sales targets are achieved.

  • Overall, the key responsibilities of a account manager are to build and maintain customer relationships, develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, manage and maintain the sales pipeline, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and collaborate with other teams to drive business growth.

  • Negotiations with the customer, including terms and conditions, rates, reporting and general contract management.

  • Provide product updates and training to customers.

  • Contract management - ensure all customer contracts and renewal dates are identified, mapped, scheduled and an effective strategy developed for re-sign.

  • Manage and implement CRM data within Sales Force.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will need to have at least 3 years proven record of revenue growth and profit achievement in a sales account management role with knowledge and application of the strategic dimension of sales and managing key accounts across a corporate portfolio.

You will not only be able to maintain existing business but also identify opportunities for further growth, where your exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills will be essential.

Working autonomously, you will be the type of person who is excited by change and improvement.  Your strong commercial acumen, attention to details and lateral problem-solving approach will see you thrive in one of these roles.
