Customer Service Agent (Full-Time)

We are looking for help at our counters to serve our valued customers. This opportunity in what we call a 'Rental Sales Agent' capacity will be for a permanent, full-time role (working 38-hours per week) based at Brisbane Airport .

About the Role    

As what we call a ‘Rental Sales Agent’ you will be the face of our brand! You will interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and assist with general customer enquiries.   

Key responsibilities will include:  

• Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening  

• Review in detail Avis Budget Group’s various add on’s and services as to determine what may best suit the customer.   

• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively.  

• Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner  

• Answering customer questions and enquiries. 

What we’re looking for   

• Applicants must have a full and valid driver’s licence.   

• This is a full-time position and requires availability to work on a rotational roster that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays during our operating hours. We work 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday from 05:30am to 12:00am.  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.  

• Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles  

• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.   

• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
