We are looking for customer focused superstars, which will support our team and customers facilitating the seamless transfer of customers.  Based at our Avis Budget Sydney Airport location you will be transporting our customers to & from the airport terminals and our rental car facility.

Your work will reflect our company values and you will ensure company standards are within all appropriate laws and regulations and we are compliant. You will also make sure our valued customers are being looked after and ensure their experience with Avis Budget is off to a great start.

What you’ll do

• Transporting customers in a 18 seater bus to and from the airport terminal and the rental car facilities, following speed limits and traffic guidelines.

• Assisting customers with loading and unloading of personal belonging

• Communicating various stops or other important information along the route

• Satisfying Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets set by location

• Conducting work in a safe manner, complying with Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental policies, procedures and being familiar with emergency evacuation procedures to eliminate or minimise workplace health and safety risks.

• Adhering to Company Quality Assurance and Uniform Guidelines.

• Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision

What we’re looking for

• Valid full Australian driver's license with safe driving history

• Holding a Light Rigid (LR) License

• Posses a NSW Bus Driver Authority

• Willingness to undergo checks such as medical, criminal, Working with Children and driving record

• This is a full-time position and requires availability to work on a rotational roster that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays during our operating hours. We work 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday from 04:30 am to 12:00am.

• D ue to the operating times, public transport can be limited to get to work, the ideal candidate has their own means of transport

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service. 

• Previous experience within a customer centric role or bus driver roles 

• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
