As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our organization by attracting and hiring the best professionals to support our continued growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Proactively source and attract candidates

• Interview and screen applicants to identify the best fit for our teams

• Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and organized records

• Build strong relationships and networks with hiring managers and candidates

• Manage and refresh job postings across job boards, company websites, and other platforms

• Oversee candidate applications and ensure expectations are managed in a clear, open, and transparent way

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English plus an additional European language (Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese preferred). Strong English-only profiles are also welcome.

• Previous recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus, but not mandatory

• A strong team player who collaborates effectively with remote teams across Europe

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
