In our Working Capital Management service line we have roles in the scope of Payables and Receivables. 

 

We are now looking for a talented Specialist to join the Procurement Operations team. 

  

Your role will be: 

  • Processing Purchase requisitions and issuing Purchase Orders 

  • Handling queries, solving problems in written or oral way 

  • In case of purchase order issues or other questions contacting the partner 

  • Helping in updating the process documentations, follow-up and record every single change, which contributes to recognise the opportunities of improving processes. Making proposals in order to develop processes. 

  • Supporting senior colleague and team lead 

  • Other, department specific tasks, for example create daily performance sheet of the team helping the team lead reporting in Monthly Service Report

  • Minimum high school leaving exam 

  • Fluent in English and Italian is an advantage

  • College degree in economics, accounting or any business-related field is advantage 

  • 2+ years professional experience in financial services/accounting 

  • Experience in working in a fast-changing environment is an advantage 

  • MS Office, intermediate Excel knowledge, eager to develop in excel 

  • “Can do” mentality, problem solving attitude, owning the issues and tasks not just doing them 

  • Accuracy and teamwork
