Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Location: Norway, Asker HQ
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly collaborative and detail-driven Sales Support Specialist to join our team at our Asker HQ. In this role, you will be integral to implementing newly contracted corporate segment business, ensuring seamless onboarding and supporting the International Sales team to maximise global revenue opportunities.

You will work cross-functionally across the business, developing a specialist focus within the sales cycle—such as payment methods, booking channels, or back-office systems—and using your expertise to support projects and stakeholder communication. This role requires strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate commercial requirements into operational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Commercial Support

  • Support Commercial Managers in completing RFIs, RFPs, and tender documentation.
  • Implementation of new contracted business accounts and working cross functionally to support International Sales to capitalize on Global revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Work in collaboration with the other Sales Support Specialists and other cross functional teams across the European region to ensure consistency of approach, implementation and adoption of common processes, leveraging SFDC as the common tool.

Sales Process & Workflow Management

  • Create and manage sales workflows to ensure the adoption of consistent best practices.
  • Champion Salesforce (SFDC) workflows and usage as the core tool for sales cycle management, including identifying opportunities for enhancements.
  • Collaborate with other Sales Support Specialists and cross-functional teams across the international region to standardise processes and ensure consistent implementation.
  • Customer Experience support for customers with commercially agreed terms
  • Rate programme co-ordination and “guardianship”

Business Insight & Analysis

  • Conduct forensic analysis of trading accounts to ensure accountability, identify issues, and support resolution.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of booking channels, new technologies, customer journey innovations, and the broader sales environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects

  • Liaise with corporate stakeholders and licensee countries to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at driving speed-to-market, globalisation of opportunities, incremental revenue, and issue remediation.
  • Actively support wider Sales Support initiatives aligned to business strategy.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience working with multiple systems and understanding back-office system methodologies.
  • Experience within an international organisation.
  • Background in a sales or commercial environment.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
