Recruiter - German Speaker ( 12 month FTC)
This role provides end-to-end talent acquisition, including;
- Working with leaders from across the business to understand workforce needs aligned with the business strategy and operational plans.
- Designing and implementing sourcing processes and strategies that align with our Employer Value Proposition and attract the top talent on the market.
- Championing Diversity and inclusion and applying a skills-based approach to talent acquisition.
- Identifying and engaging passive talent and leveraging multiple sourcing channels.
- Influencing leaders and working with HR Business Partners to keep internal talent pools current, using these, and
- promoting lateral moves wherever possible.
- Providing excellent candidate experiences from start to finish.
- Robust recruitment advice to leaders, including market insights and candidate evaluation.
- Working with leaders and HR Business Partners on the job offer, ensuring it is aligned with our remuneration policy.
What you need to be successful
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced high-volume recruitment professional to stretch and hone their skills in a role where you can make it your own.
- You will be an experienced recruiter from an agency and/or internal background, keen to work the full spectrum of roles from frontline to manager and senior specialist positions.
- You'll bring fantastic communication skills and excellent stakeholder management and relationship building - a people-person through and through.
- Great attention to detail with a drive to ensure we're using our system to its full potential and capturing accurate and complete employee and candidate records.
- Finding ways to make things work, turning requests around quickly when possible, and adding value to your internal clients through your positivity, resilience, and energy will make you indispensable to our leaders.
