About the Role:
The Operations Coordinator handles all administrative tasks that support day-to-day location operations. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and takes direction from senior operational leaders.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Report Reconciliation –Station Manager’s Weekly Report (SMWR):
- Inactive Vehicles
- Open Movement
- Overdue
- Exception Report (WRSCEX)
- Manage daily Porche activation request and delivery
- Process long term rental rollovers, mini lease and extended rentals.
- Fuel reconciliation and daily counter settlements.
- Respond to Medallia feedback.
- Support local Marketing Manager with administrative tasks where required.
- Assist with location emails, phone enquiries, customer service requests and reservation information updates.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, and Marketing Manager.
- Provide counter assistance to location during peak periods as required.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including training logins, site tour and updating staff records.
- Assist employees with general queries and escalate to management if required.
- Conducting work in a safe manner, complying with Workplace Safety, Health & Environmental policies/ procedures and being familiar with emergency evacuation procedures to eliminate or minimise workplace health and safety risks. This includes the reporting of all accidents, near accidents and hazards.
- Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision.
- Driving vehicles as required.
- Other reasonable duties as requested by Senior Management.
What we are looking for:
- Proven understanding and application of the Customer Service and administrative process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of car rental Industry will be Essential
- A full driver’s license
