Diagnostics, Software & Firmware

  • Perform advanced diagnostics to identify and resolve system faults across vehicle control modules, including CAN/LIN and Ethernet networks.
  • Troubleshoot moderate software and firmware issues using OEM diagnostic tools, with some basic understanding of Python and SQL.
  • Perform firmware updates and validate proper system functionality post-update.

Calibrations & System Integration

  • Conduct system calibrations following repairs or component replacements.
  • Support ADAS-related calibration processes in alignment with OEM procedures and safety standards.
  • Verify post-repair vehicle readiness through functional testing and validation.

Thermal & Battery Systems

  • Perform coolant evacuation, refill, and cooling system diagnostics for batteries, power electronics, and cabin HVAC.
  • Monitor battery degradation and manage HV battery discharge procedures safely and effectively.

Perks You’ll Get:

  • Access to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance
  • Eligible to elect other voluntary benefits including: Group Auto Insurance, Group Home Insurance, Pet Insurance, Legal Assistance, Identity Theft Protection, FSA, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and additional life insurance coverages

  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care services and more

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience with high-voltage diagnostics, module replacement, and advanced system troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of battery management, CAN/LIN and Ethernet network communications, software-driven diagnostics, and calibration processes.
