🚗 Licensee Manager – | Avis Budget Group
Location: Oslo, Asker | Travel Required
Join Avis Budget Group as our Licensee Manager for Norway and take the lead in growing our brand presence and licensee network. Reporting to the Head of Operations & Network Norway, you'll be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of licensees, driving revenue, profit, and operational excellence across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of licensees across Norway
- Drive performance, revenue, and quality through strategic support to the licensee’s on their daily business
- Lead business development and commercial initiatives
- Ensure branding consistency and excellent customer service
- Monitor financial KPIs and operational standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and licensee partners
