Join our dynamic Team as a HR Generalist Intern at Avis Budget Group in Barcelona!
Are you a passionate HR student eager to develop your HR Generalist skills? Avis Budget Group is looking a Human Resources Intern to support our team across a variety of areas, including Training, Organization, Onboarding, HRIS, Wellbeing, RSC, Employee Relations and People Services.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different aspects of People Management.
What you’ll do:
Learn how to use Workday (our HRIS) and maintain dashboards and employee's information.
Support the Head of HR and HRBP on initiatives to foster an inclusive and great work environment.
Participate in HR projects, contacting and coordinating suppliers, employees and managers.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team to ensure smooth hires and onboardings.
Coordinate with Payroll Team to ensure the information is updated on time.
Help implement new Labour regulations and address Employee Relations issues.
You are a great fit if you:
Have a fluent level of English (written and spoken), as you will work with professionals from over 30 nationalities and across different countries.
Are currently enrolled in a University Degree or Master’s program, preferably in Human Resources, Employee Relations or related.
Are available to work 20 hours per week (9:00 to 13:00 or 10:00 to 14:00 Monday to Friday, with flexible schedule).
