About the Role The Service Administrator completes all administrative tasks in relation to the maintenance and damage of the fleet, for all Brands across Pacific, in a timely and efficient manner. The Service Administrator performs duties and provides services which reflect the Company’s values. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on the location, team size, brand and any specialised or specific requirements. What you’ll do Answering phone enquiries and providing breakdown assistance when necessary. Processing accident reports and quotes in applicable internal systems Raise, maintain and receipt Purchase Orders Ordering parts where applicable Processing invoices for payment in applicable internal systems Liaising with vehicle repairers on quotes and invoices where applicable Liaising with internal and external customers in relation to accident damage Dealing professionally with internal and external customers in the course of carrying out duties. Having an in depth knowledge of ABG Systems and an understanding of the current policies and procedures. Attend company/manufacturer training as necessary Support local Remarketing Manager with administrative tasks where required Adhering to Company Quality Assurance and Uniform Guidelines Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision Driving vehicles as required. Other reasonable duties as requested by the Service Manager. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related work experience Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar function. SQL Knowledge is a plus Previous experience in planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis, prioritisation and problem solving Ability to identify, establish and build strong relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders Exceptional analytical and communication skills including the ability to prepare clear professional reporting. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take on additional responsibilities as they arise. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
