If you'd like to join, we are now looking for experienced System Analysts for three main functions of our business, respectively Record-to-Report , Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay within Oracle Fusion.
As an Oracle Cloud ERP Support Associate of a respective field , your role will be:

Support Record-to-Report ( General Ledger, Cash Management and Fixed Assets ) or Order-to-Cash ( Receivables and Advanced Collections ) or Procure-to-Pay ( Payables, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Self Service Procurement, and IDR (invoice image processing )) applications within Oracle Fusion

Triage issues raised by end users
-
Research issues, define and test solutions, and communicate to end users
-
Identify and communicate findings to management
-
Monitor and perform provisioning and de-provisioning of user access
-
Coordinate with IT and third-party support teams as necessary for issue resolution
-
Support quarterly upgrade regression testing cycles
-
Assist with developing and maintaining support guides, training to end users, preparation of reports, presentations
To join us, we are looking forward to your application if you have:

a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in using Oracle Fusion or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting tools, such as OTBI and BI Reports
-
Oracle Cloud certification is an advantage but not a most
-
Demonstrated knowledge in enterprise architecture, PaaS environments, and applications that support the record to report lifecycle
-
Experience with governance and maintenance of chart of accounts and segment hierarchy
-
Experience with intercompany accounting module
-
Experience with maintaining the configurations within the relevant modules
-
Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
-
Contribute individually with minimal supervision and as part of a team
-
Experienced in balancing competing business priorities
