Job Title: Fleet Rotation Analyst

Location: Poland, Warsaw

Role Purpose is to lead the optimization and control of key fleet metrics for Austria, Poland and Czech Republic

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the control of key fleet metrics: cost, utilization, average fleet, additions and deletions.   Building and modelling of every monthly country fleet rotation using ABG optimization tool.
• Infleet and defleet mapping per country. Manage fleet in/out right timing, per month and along year
• Fleet liaison with rest of business areas:  Planning, Operations, Logistics, Procurement and Sales
• Responsible of development and execution of monthly fleet forecast and annual fleet plan: creation, implementation and improvement
• Build the weekly country fleet plan, master fleet tool to see how fleet aligns with business targets accomplishing main key metrics 
• Care, management and fine tuning of any country fleet optimization tool
• Control of how infleet and defleet progress according to forecast, business, operations and financial limitations
• Financial reports linked to fleet costs, utilization and key metrics

Country scope

Austria, Poland and Czech Republic

Education / Languages

• Business administration or business analyst degree
• Advanced English level
• Deutsch language knowledge will be a plus

Experience / Tech knowledge

• Financial, planning or fleet analyst
• Rac, leasing or logistics experience in fleet area. Nice to have
• Office 360 advanced level. Excel and Macros expertise
• AI user experience
