Responsibilities: Manage the end to end recruitment process across a range of roles and functions Partner with the business and HR Business Partners to understand business requirements, develop sourcing plans and guiding them through the recruitment process Organizing and conducting screenings, interviews, assessments, selection and hiring candidates- nurturing and maintaining the candidate relationship throughout Developing talent pools to create sustainable talent pipeline by continuous networking and building relationships with appropriate candidate communities Understanding the Hungarian labor market, different workforce segments and positions within these segments, as well as the skills, competencies, and experiences necessary for success.
