Description

A new opportunity for a Partnerships Account Manager has presented itself due to our continued growth and focus on our customers experience. Based in either Mascot, Sydney or Melbourne, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic salesperson to join our team and be responsible for Airline and Travel industry Partnership accounts.

About the Position

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a high-profile airline and travel industry partnership portfolio. You will need to retain, manage, and develop existing relationships, whilst also looking for new partner opportunities. You will be required to meet or exceed business targets and deliver a profitable portfolio of business.

What we are looking for:

As the successful candidate, you will have a strong work ethic and can demonstrate an ability to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.

You will have proven skills, knowledge, and experience in:

  • Account management, including Sales and Portfolio Management, Analysis and Reporting

  • Developing relationships with new and existing partners, seeking out “win-win” opportunities to drive more sales volumes via these partnerships to the Avis and Budget brands.

  • A pro-active and self-initiative approach

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and exceed on delivering on customer expectations.

  • Project management, to develop, secure and implement new account and product initiatives.

  • An effective communicator, with an exceptional ability to build and maintain positive relationships.

  • Positive attitude, meet, exceed, and rise above challenging tasks and environments. 

  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills

A strong knowledge of the travel and tourism industry and travel distribution systems will be highly regarded.

You will require a high level of computer literacy and be able to demonstrate strong customer service, problem-solving and presentation skills.
