The 15 Week Accelerate Program consists of:

• Two rotations – one within your role and one in a related field. This is followed by direct-position placement on a team where you can instantly provide value
• Networking opportunities with peers and senior leaders to practice networking skills and learn about teams across the business
• Intensive training on professional development skills
• Integration into our field operations to learn how your team influences our daily operations

WHAT YOU’LL DO:     

• Work within our engineering teams who are building exciting digital customer experiences to solve for real world challenges. Check out our vision from the  AWS re:Invent  conference.
• Interact directly with product managers and UX designers to create end to end solutions.
• Be on a product engineering team who are using Agile framework to deliver continuous value to users worldwide. Your work will be in the hands of customers within just a few weeks of joining.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  B.S. degree in Computer Science or similar area.
• Strong coding and debugging skills.
• Experience with high level languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, or C++.
• Knowledge of front end app development, software development process and/or microservices.
• Understanding of relational databases, like Postgres.
• A passion to learn new things.
• A detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to commute to our Parsippany, NJ headquarters at least 3 days/week.  
• Ability to work well remotely and with use of tools like Zoom. 
• Experience with AWS and distributed systems is a plus.
