Our Digital Smart Service Program requires you to play a crucial role in ensuring its success.

You will be responsible for ensuring we obtain vital information from our customers in advance of their arrival to reduce unnecessary contact between our employees and customers, reduce wait times, and provide a better rental experience.

Delivering the best possible customer service, exceeding expectations wherever possible.

Maximizing revenue by selling products, services, and lead generation.

Handling general administrative tasks.
