What you’ll do:

1.Workforce Forecasting and Planning:

  • Develop and maintain models to predict future staffing needs based on business trends, historical data, and strategic goals.

  • Assess workforce capacity and manage staffing levels to meet current and future operational requirements.

  • Implement and refine processes for accurate workforce forecasting and planning.

2.Data Analysis and Insight Generation:

  • Analyze workforce data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for staffing strategies.

  • Develop and maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of workforce planning activities.

  • Prepare detailed reports on workforce capacity, trends, and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.

3.Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and Human Resources to align staffing plans with business objectives and address capacity issues.

  • Facilitate workforce planning workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and address any concerns.

4.Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workforce planning efficiency and accuracy.

  • Monitor industry trends and best practices related to workforce planning and integrate them into the organization's approach.

5.Communication and Reporting:

  • Communicate workforce planning strategies and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.

  • Prepare workforce dashboards and reports on key performance indicators using accurate and high-quality data.

6.Operational Problem-Solving:

  • Develop a deep understanding of daily operations and collaborate with supervisors, managers, and front-line staff to identify and address operational problems.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and impact assessments to formulate and implement effective solutions.

You should apply if you bring:

  • Proven experience in workforce planning, data analysis, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in reporting to senior management.

  • Proficiency in workforce forecasting models and metrics development.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and facilitate effective meetings and workshops.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in workforce planning.

  • Experience in a managerial or strategic role within a large organization.

  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and software.

  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and change management.
