The Opportunity

The Administrator performs duties and provides services which reflect the Company’s values. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on the location, team size, brand and any specialised or specific requirements.

  • Maintain the toll hold queue:
    • Match trips to transactions
    • Contact customer or location for valid information to match trips
    • Analysis of on hold queue to identify opportunities to reduce/eliminate errors
    • Monitor franchisee hold queue
    • Toll Notices
  • Process infringements:
    • Identify and correct discrepancies
    • Utilise various methods to obtain correct customer information where required
    • Applications for dispute to infringement local bodies
    • Rejection notices
  • Employee toll on-charging
  • Monthly toll invoice processing for the ABG Entity Accounts
  • Manage paper toll notices and eliminate/reduce errors
  • Vehicle Overdue Reconciliation
    • Customer Service
    • Operations liaison
    • Applications for dispute to infringement local bodies
    • Rejection notices
  • Internal and External enquiries
  • Licensee support
  • Conducting work in a safe manner, complying with Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental policies, procedures and being familiar with emergency evacuation procedures to eliminate or minimise workplace health and safety risks. This includes the reporting of all accidents, near accidents and hazards.
  • Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision
