Senior Tech Lead For Cloud Platform

Key Responsibilities:  

• Technical Leadership:  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering teams regarding cloud platform architecture, network infrastructure, and SRE practices. 

• Guide technical discussions and decisions related to platform and network design to ensure alignment with business goals. 

• Liaison & Communication:  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and articulate network and platform needs. 

• Facilitate communication between the engineering teams and infrastructure operations to ensure a clear understanding of expectations and deliverables. 

• Project Management:  

• Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud platform operations and SRE practices. 

• Ensure timely delivery of infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving needs of engineering teams. 

• Process Improvement:  

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in network management, platform engineering, and site reliability. 

• Implement best practices for incident management, monitoring, and performance optimization. 

• Mentorship & Development:  

• Mentor junior engineers and support skill development within the team. 

• Encourage a culture of learning and innovation, fostering an environment where team members can grow their expertise.
