Currently, we are looking for talented new colleagues to support our Receivables functions part-time (20 hours/week)  who could join us as:

  • Billing Specialist

  • Credit & Collections Analyst

  • Cash Application Specialist

BILLING : The teams prepare invoices for corporate customers and partners in a timely manner. They also manage travel agency commission, make adjustments, create manual invoices, report on receivable items, and refund customers with checks and through bank transfers.

CREDIT & COLLECTIONS : Each C&C Analyst in our team manages client accounts (receivables portfolio) and credit lines through a proactive collection of debts and reminding customers of their due payments mainly over the phone. Reconciling accounts and investigation is a day-to-day task in this role – it is what makes this role quite exciting. Our collectors’ first priority apart from actually collecting the money is to help our clients with their disputed invoices and to continuously strive for process improvement, actively contributing to knowledge and idea-sharing within the team. They also send balance information, statements, and invoice copies if the client needs them. This role has a lot of client contact and cooperation without teams in our BSC.

CASH APPLICATION : The team identifies and allocates the incoming rental payments received through bank transfers against the correct outstanding invoices. They also handle partner queries and contact partners in relation to payment information asking for remittance advice. The team is also responsible for investigating and processing write-offs, refund requests and correcting false bookings, creating journals for non-rental payments.

  • intermediate knowledge of  one of the following languages both verbally and in writing besides  confident English : Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French

  • similar experience in a Shared Service environment is an advantage but not a must

  • precise administration

  • strong problem-solving skills, logical & proactive thinking, ability to take initiative

  • collaborative approach, team spirit

  • confident communication skills verbal and written; outstanding customer orientation

  • ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • have an eye for and enjoy process improvement

  • experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel with confidence
