Our Greymouth location is looking for what we call a Rental Operations Agent to join our wonderful team!

About the Role 

This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations.  At the back where you will spend most of your time, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, refuelling and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.

On the other hand, for 30% of this role, you will be in the front you will be at the counter interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.

What we are looking for:

  • Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role.

  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.

  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)

  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.

We work 7 days per week from 7:30 am to 7 pm, in this part time roles your availability will be taken into account, but we are looking for someone to cover a Saturday shift.
